A little care, from the first unboxing.

Open your package gently on a stable surface. Lift the piece by its base or frame, and avoid pulling on the flowers, ribbon or decorative details.

Keep what can be useful.

The display case or frame is part of the piece. Keep suitable outer packaging for storage or a future move, and reuse it where practical. To dispose of packaging, separate materials and check the guidance in your area; not every component is accepted by every recycling service.

Help your flowers feel at home.

• Display indoors, away from direct sunlight, heat and high humidity.
• Do not water or mist preserved flowers.
• Handle petals gently and avoid unnecessary contact.
• Clean the outside of the display with a soft, dry cloth.
