Free standard shipping, thoughtfully included.

Standard shipping is included in our product prices for delivery to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. There is no minimum order amount and no additional standard shipping charge at checkout.

Where we deliver

Our current delivery area excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses. Please provide a complete residential or business street address. Contact hello@floravelia.com before ordering if you use a P.O. box or need help checking your address.

From our collection to your door

Orders are prepared for international air delivery from China, followed by local delivery in the United States. Items may be packed and shipped separately to protect delicate floral displays. Standard delivery remains free when an order is sent in more than one parcel.

Timing & special occasions

Preparation time and transit time are different. For a wedding, birthday or other date-specific gift, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the current preparation and delivery information. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery details

Enter the recipient’s full name, street address, apartment or unit, ZIP code and contact information required by the carrier. If a detail is wrong, contact us promptly with your order number. Changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.

Tracking & delays

Use the tracking information in your dispatch notification. Updates can take time to appear. If an order cannot be dispatched within the timeframe agreed when you ordered, we will contact you about the revised timing and available cancellation or refund options.

Taxes & import questions

Free shipping refers to the standard delivery charge. Applicable sales tax, where collected, is shown at checkout. For questions about import charges, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the arrangements for your order.

A delivery problem?

For loss, damage or an incorrect item, email your order number and details to hello@floravelia.com. For damage, retain the item, outer box and protective packaging and include clear photographs. See our returns and refunds guidance.
