These terms apply to purchases from the FLORAVELIA store and use of this website. Please review the product description and the policies linked below before placing an order.

Products and information

We sell decorative floral keepsakes. Materials, dimensions and included components are described on each product page. Natural flower textures and placement can vary slightly; screen settings can affect colour. Styling props are not included unless specifically listed. Photographs provide context, while the stated measurements are the reference for size. Follow each item’s care guidance; preserved flowers must not be watered.

Orders and gift details

Please check your chosen design, quantity, gift message and recipient address before payment. Gift-card text is printed as supplied, subject to the stated character limit. A gift-card message does not request physical customization. Bespoke changes require a separate agreement before purchase.

We review orders for availability, payment and delivery eligibility. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund amounts paid for any cancelled items. We will not substitute a different design or increase an agreed price without your agreement. If an obvious listing error affects an order, we will explain it and offer a corrected order or cancellation with a refund.

Prices and payment

Store prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless another currency is expressly identified. Standard shipping within our stated US delivery area is included, with no minimum order. Applicable sales tax collected by the store is shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may impose its own conversion or processing charges. The available payment methods appear in checkout.

Delivery

Read our Shipping & Delivery policy for the delivery area, international dispatch arrangements and tracking guidance. Preparation and transit times are separate. For an important date or any import-charge question, contact us before ordering. If dispatch is delayed beyond an agreed timeframe, we will contact you about the revised timing and cancellation or refund options. Nothing in these terms removes applicable rights concerning delayed or undelivered goods.

Returns and problems

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the 30-day request window for eligible standard items, return postage, damaged items and refunds. Contact us before returning anything so we can confirm the appropriate destination.

Using the website

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not interfere with its security, misuse another person’s information or reproduce our original brand content without permission where permission is required. Links to third-party services do not replace those services’ own terms.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our Privacy Policy describes personal-information handling. These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer protections or your right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable mandatory law.
